Career Evans began his architectural career through internship and design work in Nigeria. He worked with Kingfem and later with Shades of Seven Limited, where he contributed to architectural and furniture design projects. Following an unsuccessful student exhibition project in 2020, he founded Art In Heart Gallery Ltd in Abuja
In 2025, Evans collaborated with artist Elijah Ajayi Snoz and students of Nike Art Gallery to create The Creative Rebirth, a collaborative artwork inspired by his book of the same title. The artwork was subsequently exhibited in 2026 during the Return Ipadabo exhibition in Abuja. The project brought together multiple artists to produce a single painting through a collaborative creative process, exploring themes of artistic cooperation and collective expression.
Through Art In Heart, Evans has participated in outreach programs for internally displaced persons (IDPs) in the Federal Capital Territory, organizing training sessions in art, tie-dye, sketching, and painting. These initiatives were intended to provide creative and vocational skills for displaced communities. His architectural and research interests include the relationship between design, human wellbeing, and technology. He proposed AfaSense, an artificial intelligence-enabled building maintenance and environmental monitoring system described as a nervous system for buildings. He announced plans for the development of a Quantum Arts Lab in Africa, a proposed interdisciplinary center intended to combine quantum science, architecture, art, and technology through immersive installations and research collaborations.
Research Evans' research interests include architecture, technology, artificial intelligence, human wellbeing, environmental sustainability, and interdisciplinary design. His work examines relationships between the built environment, technology, human experience, and architectural practice.
His research and creative projects include AfaSense, an artificial intelligence-enabled concept related to building monitoring and facilities management, and Vibrational Architecture Theory, which examines relationships between architecture, vibration, human consciousness, and behaviour.
His interdisciplinary interests also extend to the relationship between art, science, culture, and agriculture. Through Art in Earth, an initiative of Art in Heart Gallery, Evans has explored the potential relationship between sound, creative practices, and agriculture.
