History The village was settled after the Russo-Turkish War (1877–1878). Georgian families with the surname Şavişuli, Elimoğlu, Gogitidze, Suknişşuli, Cincaroğlu, Ustalioğlu, Salikvaze, Vasaze, Lamaze, Çavuşoğlu are living in the neighborhood.
